This young farm boy is receiving a juicy kiss from his best friend. I remember every dog I've ever owned and I don't think my life would have been as complete without them. This painting was done for my first book with Harvest House publishing, "Everything I Know I learned From My Grandpa". My models were a young Hi-Hi Newby and his dog Molly. They were a great team.
