"The Homecoming"

This painting like most of mine has a back story. This father informed his daughter that he had to be away from home for the week of Christmas, but he promised that he would return before Christmas Eve. Each day, she would stare out the window looking for her dad, and tonight he finally arrived home. Have a blessed Christmas everybody!
