"The Homecoming"

This painting like most of mine has a back-story. This father informed his daughter that he had to be away from home for the week of Christmas, but he promised he would return before Christmas Eve. Each day she would stare out the window looking for her dad and tonight, he finally arrived home. Merry Christmas everybody!
