"Sandstone Sentinel"

This painting was commissioned by the Amarillo Chamber Of Commerce to promote Palo Duro Canyon. It is the last time I painted the Lighthouse formation on location. Jeanne and I are getting too old to lug my paints and french easel the six miles required. If you look closely at this painting, you might find a visitor to the Lighthouse. I don't know how far he traveled.
