"Ridin' The High Country"

Colorado's Maroon Bells are the location for this painting. I love those days when cloud shadows and sunshine take turns showing off various spots in the landscape. I call those "painted days" as they remind me of Moran and Bierstadt paintings. This was my try at that effect.
