My lawyer son Jacob gave me the idea for this painting. He said in the Old West lawyers couldn't afford their own law books so every county had a law library where they could study. You may notice they are all in the saloon. The saloon is named for my dear friend Pat. This painting will be available at the Cowboy Artists Of America Show, November 3rd and 4th in Fort Worth.
