"Everything That Glitters Is Gold"

I'll tell you an interesting thing about this painting. The horse and rider are coming downhill, so the reflection had to be drawn completely different form the way they were drawn. If you look at it upside down you'll instantly see what I mean. The reflection is almost totally horizontal compared to the horse and rider which are entering the water at a 45 degree angle. That's what I love about water, anything can happen. I get to play with the reflection until it looked interesting.
